In her role as Marketing Manager, Ryan West is the conductor of our Paperkite orchestra, guiding the different pieces of campaigns to completion. It’s fitting, then, that her background is filled with performing arts management experience, including a previous role at Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute in Utica. Joining Paperkite in December 2019, Ryan makes sure we’re hitting all the right notes, working with each member of our team.

Favorite place to travel?
Hands down, Ireland. We’ll be living there in our retirement, you’ll see 🙂
Favorite place in Cooperstown?
Mel’s holds a special place in my heart. That’s where I had my first date with my fiancé, and where in the very beginning of Covid we ordered a picnic lunch to enjoy lakeside at Lakefront Park and he proposed. Plus The Kingfisher is hands down my favorite local drink!
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
You catch more flies with honey. It’s an oldie but being kind, listening, giving the attention that a person or situation needs will help make more progress and solutions than pushing back and being confrontational.
