That’s right, Paperkite is officially a tween.

While twelve is an awkward age for us humans, Paperkite continues to grow and adapt to the challenges that the last year has thrown at the world. What started in 2009 as a two person team has grown to a full-service creative and digital marketing agency with clients across several industries, including craft food and beverage, tourism and hospitality, economic development, and more.

Over the years, Paperkite has worked on a variety of projects, from branding to website design and everything in between. It’s always hard to pick favorites, but sometimes the finished product just sticks with us. With that in mind, here’s a few of Paperkite’s greatest hits, as selected by our CEO Susan Green:

Otesaga Resort Hotel:

We are proud of the long-standing, collaborative relationship we’ve built with The Otesaga over the years. Paperkite’s work can be found throughout the resort, from the menus to signage and branded materials at every turn. Online, you’ll see our influence in their social media content, email communications, blogs, video, and more!

Fenimore Art Museum (Branding):

When the Fenimore Art Museum needed an updated brand identity, Paperkite refreshed their communication and marketing touchpoints – including visitor materials, signage and a newly developed website. The final product was a dynamic brand identity, one that looked toward the future while maintaining the enduring legacy of the Fenimore Art Museum.

Capital-Saratoga Region (Website Design):

Working with the Capital-Saratoga team, Paperkite designed a modern, clean website presence that visually told the stories of six distinct counties. Most importantly, we made sure the site was easily navigable for visitors, meeting planners and others looking to connect with the wide variety of tourism attractions and amenities in the region.

Otsego Now (Branding & Naming):

Paperkite successfully guided a diverse committee of high-profile community leaders through our tried-and-true branding process. The result was a name evocative of the change this economic development agency seeks to bring to Otsego County, as well as clear and concise messaging and brand identity.

Fly Creek Cider Mill (Social Media Management):

While our whole team is saddened by the closing of this long-standing family business, Paperkite remains proud of the work we did for Fly Creek Cider Mill over the years, particularly with their social media content creation and management. Whether it was a video featuring one of Grandma Barb’s favorite recipes, photographing their delicious products in our studio, or highlighting family-friendly activities like feeding the ducks, we loved creating engaging social content for this local favorite!

Cooperstown Distillery (Website Design):

We all know Cooperstown as the home of baseball legends, but it also has a growing craft beverage scene. In designing a new website for Cooperstown Distillery, we wanted to make sure users had a clear path from start to finish as they shop for their favorite spirits and merchandise.

Moving Forward

In the months and years ahead, we’re sure there will be more favorites to add to this list! In the meantime, stay tuned for some exciting new reveals from Paperkite. Much like the butterfly whose name we share, we’re ready for a transformation!
